Greater Pleasant Branch Baptist Church
Greater Pleasant Branch Baptist Church was organized and founded in 1880, in the Providence settlement near Mayflower, Arkansas. According to our historical records, Rev. Lawrence Cornelius was the first Pastor of the church. In February of 1955, Rev. J. R. Raynor was called as pastor of the congregation.
Accepting the belief that the local visible church is a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ.
